  • ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This collectible sculpture by the artist Invader is based on one of his most iconic lithograph prints released in 2019. Known for his use of small square tiles and pixelated forms, Invader brings his signature mosaic style into three dimensional space with this limited edition object.

Rendered in black white and red with a bold symmetrical design, the sculpture represents a classic alien form inspired by early arcade video games. It is a direct continuation of Invader’s global artistic mission to spread pixel art into public and private spaces alike. The bright red eyes and the blocky form give the piece both a retro charm and a contemporary edge.

The edition is packaged in a sleek magnetic box with a holographic seal confirming its authenticity. Each work is plate signed titled and dated underneath. With only 5000 produced this edition has become a favorite among collectors of contemporary urban art.

  • ARTIST BIO

Invader is an anonymous French artist born in 1969 and based in Paris. Since the late 1990s he has installed thousands of mosaic artworks in cities around the world often placing them in unexpected urban locations. His work draws inspiration from early pixel based video games such as Space Invaders from which his name is derived.

Invader describes his practice as urban acupuncture where each piece is carefully placed to awaken curiosity and spark dialogue. Although rooted in the street his art has been shown in major museums and galleries across Europe Asia and the Americas.

He remains anonymous and never shows his face reinforcing the idea that the work itself should remain the central focus. With his instantly recognizable style Invader continues to bridge the gap between digital culture and public space using art to connect people across cities and generations.
